Refund policy

ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS. The Buyer or its designated agent or representative shall inspect the Products immediately upon delivery at the location outlined as the shipping address. If Buyer determines that the goods are non-conforming, Buyer shall immediately notify Seller of the same (no more than 48 hours after being received) or send an email, within the same time to retailers@one.pet. The seller may (in its sole discretion) elect to either refund, replace the Products or add a credit to the Buyer's credit account. Following acceptance of the Products, and after 48 hours of delivery, all sales are final, and under no circumstances after that shall the Products be returnable to Seller.
